Food

Generally all food in the towns all over Russia (in restaurants, canteens, food-stores, markets) is safe. There are a lot of standard products imported from Europe, but local ones usually are preferable because they contain not so much preservatives. In the towns don’t drink tap water, only consume bottled one. You can buy it easily anywhere. In the mountains water is pure but don’t drink straightly from big rivers while you are still not high in the hills. Dung can get to the river water from high pastures.
